We work to guarantee safe semi-processed products that meet the highest standards. This has always been the foundation of our reputation with the food industry. Our priority is simple: to turn quality raw materials into excellent semi-processed products, batch after batch.
It all starts with the choice of suppliers. We select only those who hold verified certifications, we monitor every ingredient from field to warehouse, and we test raw materials before unloading. Nothing enters the plant without our control.
Inside, every department is governed by the principles ofHACCP: we identify the critical control points, we apply daily documented sanitation procedures and carry out careful maintenance of the equipment, so as to prevent any cross-contamination. Every batch meets the agreed technical specifications, and every European regulation is respected down to the last detail.
We believe in continuous improvement. Management is present on the factory floor, closely follows the processes and drives the daily updating of our management system, aligned with the most recent European standards. We are not satisfied with being compliant: we want to be one step ahead.
